Wow I'm actually at the top for the first time! So you guys celebrated Christmas already? Did you get my comment on the other post?

glad your week was good..can't say it was good for the joplin area, though. my family and i went without power six different times, and our internet connection was finally back today after having been completely shut down from dec. 9 - 13. i was able to get all my finals done, though...what is a thrift store? seriously. i don't get out much. the only stores i am aware of: walmart, the mall, the basketball card shop, and..um, gas stations?

lol, is there even such a thing as a "good" thrift store? Just varying degrees of badness I suppose, and that one was apparently low on the scale. But seriously, where else could you find "Jivin' Police" costumes? ;-) Your reaction to the $2 shoes was priceless! You're right, that song is such a beautiful representation of true Christmas, and you picked the best version of it IMO. Looks like "spin the dradle" is taking the world by storm, I was relieved when you explained the premise of the game, and how it wasn't like that other one where you spin something. ;-) Wow a funeral procession, you're right, if that happened in CA there'd be more than just one dead person in that hearse. (Ok so that was a little morbid). I'd better go before this gets really bad. Have a wonderful time with the soon-t-be extended family next weekend!

Well, this is my last comment until I get back from the great state of rainy WA.. so HAPPY HOLIDAYS, hoping you could top that annoying interruption music in an *X*-mas home movie, but I understand that is a pretty steep request. So anyway, remember Santa is the reason for the season :D

Jordan, Mark Lowry wrote "Mary Did You Know", along with some other guy whose name I cannot remember, sorry. He (Mark) started out as a song writer and southern gospel singer, working his way up to the Gaither Vocal Band (really good). He has since branched off and is now a christian comedian. Not to be a now-it-all, I just thought it might interest you. :)

"It's not that I don't like thrift stores, but this is pretty much the worst one ever made." Jordan, like anyone could even know that.

RSS doesn't invade people's email. It's an optional deal where you sign up to like Bloglines or Google Reader, and it's like an email box just for website RSS' and just check back and it'll highlight when somebody has posted. I use it to keep track of blogs... except yours.

Fascinating! We also celebrate the feast of lights instead of Christmas and have gift partners. Only, we make gifts for each other (spoiled :-). God bless.
