Thank you, Melissa! The skirt is so beautiful and it is encouraging that you could make it for a great price, with feminine details:).

Your skirt is just beautiful, Melissa. What a great idea to make the matching headband -- love it! And then you made your little boy's outfit with the scrap material -- you get the award for pinching pennies and making it all lovely. Thanks for sharing this with us on FB.

Hey, thanks for coming up to see the play! It was a shame we didn't have time to visit with you more. You'll have to come visit again sometime.

It looks lovely! What a great idea! I'm borrowing your yoyo idea to make a headband for our little girls Easter outfit. My excellent in-laws got her a big fluffy dress, but she a lovely hair accessory will be a nice addition! Thanks!!!

I followed a link Mary Ueland posted on facebook, which led to your blog. Beautiful skirt! And, of course, beautiful little boy! One thing, though--if you didn't you probably want to run a line of straight stitching maybe a quarter to a half an inch from the bottom edge of the ruffle, to keep it from fraying more than you want over time.

Thank you so much for posting you easter outfit! I loved the hairpiece! I wish I would have thought of that idea since I wanted something feminine for my hair and couldn't come up with anything. I also loved how you had the flowers on your skirt. So pretty! You have a great decorating sense!
